Why Kabootar Post
The old way of inviting, delivered the new way
Before WhatsApp, a dawat travelled by hand. A qasid knocked on the door, a kabootar carried the chitthi, and relatives went from house to house with the card and a box of mithai. Every family was invited by name.
We kept that care and changed the delivery. Each guest still gets their own invitation with their name on it, for only the events they're invited to, and it reaches them on WhatsApp in one tap.

One link for WhatsApp
Guests open one link on any phone. They see each event with its date, venue, map and dress code, and can add it to their calendar.
A link for each guest
Add your guest list or paste it from Excel. Each guest is greeted by name, sees only the events they are invited to, and knows how many guests are invited.
Send on WhatsApp, one tap each
A sending queue opens each guest's chat with your message and their link ready. You see who was sent, who opened it and who replied.
RSVPs for every event
Guests reply per event, and can change their answer later. You see totals for each event and can export the list to a spreadsheet.
Your own photos
Upload your cover and couple photos, or keep the template's. The signature designs add a photo for each event and background music.
A video for your story
Download a short vertical video with your photos, and music on the signature designs, for Instagram or WhatsApp Status.
English and Urdu
Switch the whole card to Urdu with a right-to-left layout, with an optional Bismillah at the top.

Questions before you start
Will older relatives be able to open it?
Yes. They tap the link in WhatsApp and it opens in their phone's browser. One more tap opens the invitation, and they reply on the same page. Guests never need an app or an account.
Can I see the invitation before I pay?
Yes. You edit and preview your own invitation first, and the price is shown on every template page.
How do I pay?
By online bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Upload a screenshot of the receipt and we publish your invitation after we confirm the payment.
What if something is wrong after I pay?
Message us and we correct names, dates, venues and spelling for free. If we can't put it right, you get a full refund. The pricing and refunds page has the details.
Some guests are only invited to the Walima. Can I do that?
Yes. In your guest list, pick the events for each guest. Their personal link shows only those events, and they can only reply to those.
Can I get a design of my own choice?
Yes. We design the card the way you want it, with your colours, fonts, photos or a look you've seen. On any design page, tap “A design of your own choice” to see the price and tell us on WhatsApp.
I live outside Pakistan. Can I still order?
Yes. Your guests can open the invitation from anywhere. To pay from abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a way that works for you.
Is it only for weddings?
No. There are designs for Nikkah, engagements, birthdays and Aqiqah, each with its own price. The full wedding designs cover every event from Mehndi to Walima.
Can I use Urdu?
Yes. Switch the card to Urdu and the layout turns right to left. You can also type your own wording in either language.
Why is there no video button on my phone?
Video export needs a recent browser that can encode MP4. Your invitation link works on any phone either way.
